We’ve found that one to one business coaching can be unaffordable to some business owners, from both a time and investment perspective, which is why we’ve introduced a group coaching option.
As well as being more affordable, group coaching offers several additional benefits including the fact that it involves a peer learning process. Some people may prefer a collaborative group learning environment where they learn from the insights and contributions of peers, as they do from their own reflections.
Another benefit of a group coaching environment is that for people who are more introverted, the peer learning process may feel “less on the spot” and provide more time for reflection and articulation of their insights. Of course, the “collective wisdom” created and explored in a group coaching environment is often identified as a key benefit.
If you’re considering group coaching, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do I work in a team that would benefit from group coaching?
- Would working alongside a network of others with a shared need support me?
- Am I happy not to have the sole attention of the coach during every session?
- Am I excited to meet others and learn from them?
- Would joining a diverse group with different ways of thinking be beneficial for me?
If you are nodding along, answering yes to these questions then group coaching might just be perfect for you. Of course, the decision to participate in a group coaching program is a personal one. Our group programs offer you the opportunity to both participate in the powerful, shared learning environment of the group and working with a coach in a more targeted, individual business coaching program.
